Facilities Management

Tolcon has the capacity to upgrade facilities; undertake repairs and maintenance, marketing, management of tenants, and provide management of sub contractors.

Facilities management includes maintenance, refurbishment and upgrades of toll collection equipment; electrical and mechanical equipment; generator sets; lighting; UPS systems; air conditioning; free air supply systems; security systems etc. In addition, Tolcon has the ability to undertake building and civil projects in relation to refurbishment and upgrades of facilities.

By managing the facilities and services such as air conditioning; cleaning; decoration; electric power; lighting and of communal buildings such as offices or colleges, Tolcon removes the hassle factor for customers, thereby freeing then up to perform their core functions.
