As specialists in recruitment, retention and training initiatives, Tolcon has the ability to obtain SETA accredited courses, as well as provide excellent internal training for staff. There is a strong emphasis on Health, Safety and Environmental training.

Tolcon has an excellent Policies & Procedures implementation program, as well as programs to ensure that the management of these systems remain ‘Best in Class’ through an Internal Audit System.

Particular focus is given to staff upliftment programmes, one of which is the Murray and Roberts Letsema Trust. The trust offers previously disadvantaged employees, their families and some of the communities in which Murray & Roberts operates, a stake in the company and its future.
